The STATIC Mental Health Assessment is a free adult self-screening experience. Select depression, anxiety, adult ADHD, trauma-related symptoms or alcohol-use screens and answer at your own pace. Each complete screen returns its actual instrument-specific score and interpretation, with a suggested next conversation.
The implemented instruments are PHQ-9, GAD-7, the six-question ASRS v1.1, PC-PTSD-5 and AUDIT-C. Missing answers are not treated as zero. There is no combined mental health percentage or diagnostic probability. The methods page explains the exact scoring rules, thresholds and limitations.
Room for the wider picture.
Nine original, clearly unscored reflections cover mood highs, perception/psychosis concerns, obsessions and compulsions, eating, panic, sleep, other substances, autism/neurodevelopment and stress or grief. These prompts organize concerns for discussion; they are not validated diagnostic tests.
A screening result cannot establish or rule out a diagnosis. Psychosis has several possible causes and does not establish schizophrenia. Autism is neurodevelopmental, not a mental illness. The combined STATIC experience has not been clinically validated or clinically reviewed.
A next step you can take.
Results point to the kinds of clinicians to contact and link to independent U.S. treatment and health-center directories, plus a treatment-referral phone service. Confirm qualifications, price and availability directly. No appointment, referral acceptance or clinical endorsement is implied.
Urgent help remains available before completion. A response indicating thoughts of death or self-harm shows direct safety guidance without waiting for the total. The page is not monitored and no one is alerted by answers.
