Everyday work has a place

STATIC Office brings structured Docs and Notes, workbooks, text presentations, Calendar, Tasks, Files and private team conversations into one workspace. The public introduction and editable example are open to explore. Real saved work uses the same verified STATIC email identity as the wider network.

The first release is free without a Network subscription. Workspace owners can invite members with administrator, editor, commenter or viewer roles. Private work stays with its author; shared work stays within its workspace and selected conversations.

Keep the decision beside the work

Project Rooms connect the brief, files, tasks, decisions and exact approved versions. Version history lets authors restore earlier work as a new revision. A source-linked S.A.G.E. briefing and workspace search make it easier to see what changed and which next steps need attention.

Live updates and presence refresh while work is open. Compatible edits to different structured fields or blocks can merge. When two people change the same content incompatibly, Office keeps the local draft and requires review instead of silently overwriting it.

A clear first release

Sheets includes a bounded workbook with arithmetic, core range formulas and CSV import/export. Slides supports text presentations, speaker notes, presentation mode and browser printing. Calendar connects events, planned meetings and task due dates.

Meet keeps agendas and planning in Office. Workspace owners can explicitly connect a private team room in STATIC Connect for voice, video and screen sharing; each participant uses an eligible Connect profile and accepts the room invitation. Current team calls have a 30-minute session limit. Recording, captions and persistent conference rooms are not included.

Advanced rich formatting, external calendar synchronization and additional suite modules remain future work. The official guide identifies current capabilities and limits.
