STATIC Work brings career preparation and a first collection of published employer openings together. Search by title, company, team or location, then filter by employer, work arrangement or employer-supplied pay. The initial collection reads selected Palantir, Zoox, Spotify and Welo Global job boards through the public Lever Postings API, with up to 200 openings per employer. This is selected coverage, not a complete labor-market index.

Sources carry their actual check time. Feed results are cached for five minutes, and role details and application links are checked again when opened. Unavailable sources are excluded with a visible notice. Pay and work-arrangement labels come from employers. A published job does not guarantee active interviewing.

Your professional story belongs to you.

Sign in with a STATIC account and separately choose to create a private Work record. Build a Career Graph from your experience, projects, education and credentials. Review pasted résumé excerpts before adding them and export your professional record. No example employment is saved for you.

A shared Work profile is an explicit snapshot of the fields and entries you select. Private target roles, pay preferences and excluded employer domains stay private. Private edits do not silently change the published snapshot. You can remove the link or pause Work. Social, Dating and other private life data are outside hiring.

A real employer pathway, with honest limits.

Organizations can prepare private employer review requests with a legal name, official domain and website, representative role and evidence of authority. Submitting does not create verification. Only separately assigned, independent Work reviewers can approve an organization, with a recorded evidence-based decision that expires after 90 days. Changed details remove verification. There is no promised review turnaround.

An official job-board source check is separate from STATIC employer verification and does not imply a partnership or endorsement. Applications currently finish on the employer’s own site. STATIC does not submit them, issue a receipt or claim to track their status. Native posting, an Application Passport, recruiting, interviews and offers remain later hiring steps.
