STATIC Social opens its public community on the STATIC Network
A public place to start
STATIC Social is live and publicly accessible through the STATIC Network. Visitors can explore the public experience before making an account. Profiles, posts and discovery give the community a place to meet, while the homepage's Social feature provides a direct entrance.
The launch centers on people and what they share. A member identity connects a profile with the text posts it publishes and the people it follows. The experience also includes STATIC's editorial character content, which is identified in the product rather than presented as ordinary member activity.
Make the feed your own
The Home experience offers For You, Following and STATIC views. Discovery helps readers find profiles, while attention settings provide controls for the content they want to see. Those choices give a new visitor more than one way into the network.
Creating an identity is the next step for someone who wants to participate. From there, signed-in members can publish text and build connections through follows. Public browsing and account-based participation remain distinct, so a visitor can look around first.
What is available at this launch
This release establishes the public community, member identities and text publishing. Photo and video uploads are marked as a future update in the composer. The launch does not depend on a paid membership to enter the public experience.
