A separate Work choice

Your STATIC account provides sign-in. A Work record is created only after you choose the separate Work opt-in. Work does not import your Social profile, Dating activity, private Mail, Finance, health, browser history or learning history.

Your private career record

Your professional profile draft, career entries and opportunity preferences are saved to your account. Other workers and employers cannot read this private record. Roles, projects, education, credentials and evidence links are self-reported; adding them does not create a verification badge.

Target roles, locations, minimum pay, availability, employer exclusions and outreach preferences remain private. Employer search and recruiter outreach are not active in this release. These settings prepare your preferences; they do not contact anyone or activate recommendations.

Résumé text stays under review

Pasted résumé source text stays in the current page and is not sent to an AI provider. Only the excerpts you review, title, add to your draft and save become career entries. Unadded source text is discarded on navigation. Do not include private addresses, government identifiers, passwords or confidential employer work.

Sharing publishes a selected snapshot

Nothing is public unless you explicitly create a shared profile link. Your name and chosen professional fields and career entries are copied into a separate snapshot. Private preferences are never included. Anyone with the link can read, copy or forward that snapshot; the link is not an access-controlled invitation.

Editing your private record does not silently update the snapshot. Review your selection and publish a new snapshot to change it. Remove the link to stop future access here. Pausing also closes the link. A later shared profile receives a new link. STATIC cannot recall copies other people have already made.

Export, pause and delete

Export your current record, including unsaved edits, as a private JSON file. Keep that download securely. Pause to keep your private information while closing shared access. Delete Work to remove the profile, career entries, preferences and shared snapshot while preserving your STATIC account and other products. Minimal action logs contain operation names and timestamps, not résumé contents; deletion removes your owner-linked Work events and leaves an anonymous deletion event.

Removing your universal account removes its Work profile and private career data. Shared profiles are hidden when the account is frozen for deletion, banned or deleted. No professional drafts are saved in browser local storage.

Employment services are a later step

This release does not submit applications, contact references, verify employers, process hiring decisions or run background checks. Those flows require their own clear disclosures and permissions before they open.

Job search and employer requests

Search reads fixed public employer feeds. Your search terms and private career preferences are not sent to those providers. Applying takes you to the employer’s site and its privacy terms. STATIC cannot track your external application.

Employer enrollment is a separate organization record. You and assigned Work reviewers can access its request and evidence. Withdrawing removes verification but retains the request and review history. Deleting your personal Work career record does not withdraw the organization request. Limited organization review and audit records support hiring integrity.
