SAME PLANET. BETTER CAREERS.

STATIC WORK / FIRST CAREER TOOLS

Build the story.
Keep the control.

1. Start your own record

Open My career and sign in with your STATIC account, or create email access. Confirm the separate Work choice. A blank private record is created; no Social data or example employment is copied into it.

2. Describe what you bring

Add your name, professional headline, broad location, about text and up to 25 skills. In Career Graph, add up to 30 roles, projects, education entries or credentials. Every entry needs an accurate title. Dates and public HTTPS evidence links are optional.

3. Bring résumé text for your review

Paste up to 12,000 characters, separating entries with blank lines. Prepare excerpts, select the ones to keep, supply a correct title and category, then confirm your review. Add them to the draft, refine the fields and save. No employers or AI services receive the pasted source. PDF/DOCX file parsing is not available yet.

4. Save, review and share

Save private changes first. On Work profile, choose the professional fields and career entries you want to share. Check the preview, type SHARE PROFILE and publish that snapshot. Your name is always included. Private opportunity preferences are always excluded. Share the resulting link yourself; STATIC does not send it to anyone.

5. Keep your next move private

Save target roles, locations, work arrangement and pay preferences in Opportunity controls. These settings are private preparation. Employer discovery, recruiter outreach, job matching and applications are not active. Excluded employer domains cannot prevent someone seeing a link you voluntarily share.

If a save fails

Your unsaved edits stay open. Export your current edits before leaving. If another tab changed the record, explicitly load its saved version after keeping a copy of your own changes. A shared profile uses a separate snapshot and does not change when a private save fails.

Find a real opening

Search selected official employer boards by title, company, team and location. Filter by work arrangement and employer-supplied pay. Up to 200 published openings per selected employer are included, with five-minute caching. Unavailable sources are excluded. Details and apply links are checked again when opened; published does not guarantee active interviewing.

Search opportunities ↗

Apply on the employer’s site. Clicking Apply does not submit an application. STATIC cannot track external applications; keep the employer’s own confirmation. Source checks are separate from STATIC employer verification.

Employer review

Prepare a private organization request separately from a worker Career Graph. Submit the legal name, domain, website, representative role and authority evidence for independent human review. Submission does not create a badge or open posting. Approval requires an assigned reviewer, expires after 90 days and is removed when organization details change. No turnaround is promised.

What comes next

Native employer posting, reusable applications with real receipts and status, recruiting, interviews and offers remain later steps. Work handles careers and hiring; STATIC Office handles documents and collaboration.
