Made for you.
Here’s what to expect.

Your order

Check the item, size, color and delivery address before paying. Your product options, shipping and final total are shown during checkout. Keep your confirmation email: it contains your order details and the support route for your purchase.

Orders are produced to order through Printify print providers. STATIC creates the designs; the listed provider produces and ships each item.

Production & delivery

Production and shipping are separate stages. Timing depends on the item, print provider, destination and delivery service. An order with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Review delivery estimates at checkout. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Use the tracking information in your order updates to follow each shipment.

A problem with your item?

If an item arrives damaged or defective, use the support route in your order confirmation. Report it within 30 days of delivery and include the requested photographs so it can be reviewed for a reprint or refund.

Products are made specifically after ordering, so size changes and change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not supported by the Printify Pop-Up policy. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

For a wrong delivery address, contact order support as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed after an order is submitted.

Care that lasts

Follow the care label and instructions included with your item. Clothing, printed surfaces, engraving and coated drinkware have different care requirements. Product details describe the supplier’s materials and specifications.

One brand. Two places to shop.

STATIC Store carries official STATIC designs. STATIC Mall connects independent buyers and sellers. Mall transactions have their own seller terms and are separate from Store orders.
