INSIDE S.A.G.E. ALLOWANCE CARD
An Allowance Card gives SAGE a bounded way to use authorized value. Its limits belong to the authorization system rather than being suggestions that the model can change.
Merchant, category, item or service, geography, purchase amount, total budget and time can constrain use.
The default allowance uses prefunded, debit, prepaid or otherwise non-borrowed authorized value; the agent cannot independently take on debt.
Instruction, policy, agent, merchant, amount, credential, funding, approvals and settlement remain linked so a purchase can be explained.
The agent cannot increase its own allowance or use webpage instructions to override the user’s policy. A human credit decision is distinct from autonomous allowance spending.
