Current availability

The website introduces the Steps experience and lets you explore its twelve illustrated journey checkpoints and choose a goal. It cannot read your health app directly. Public iPhone and Android installation is not available yet, and Steps is not a launched automatic tracker.

Automatic phone activity

The phone app is designed to read step totals with permission from Apple HealthKit or Android Health Connect. It requests read-only steps, not heart rate, weight or location, and does not write health records. There is no manual step-entry feature.

No readable activity appears as an empty connection state. A successful permission prompt alone is not proof of readable HealthKit data. Background updates and notifications can be delayed by the phone.

Goals and journeys

  1. Choose a comfortable personal daily step goal and active hours. The goal is editable and is not a medical recommendation.
  2. Inside the installed phone app, connect recorded activity. Daily steps drive short missions and the First Horizon journey. View checkpoints and keepsakes from Your journey and Collection.
  3. Optional phone reminders are limited to two proactive nudges per active day. You can pause them. Digital keepsakes have no cash value; cash and gift-card redemption are not available.

Privacy and control

Activity summaries and progress remain on the phone in the current native implementation. The website stores only local preferences. No step data is sent to advertising services or other STATIC sections.

Disconnect in the phone app, revoke permission in the health app, or remove the app and its local working data. See /health/steps/privacy for current connection and data details.
