OFFICIAL STATIC HELP
STATIC Account
Create one identity, sign in, manage your profile and recover account access.
Updated · Read as MarkdownOne account across STATIC
Use the same STATIC account across the network. Individual products can still keep device-local preferences; an account does not automatically make every setting sync between devices.
Create your account
- Open /signup. Enter your display name, a unique STATIC handle, your email and a password of at least eight characters.
- Choose CREATE ONE STATIC ACCOUNT. If confirmation is required, open the confirmation email and follow its link back to STATIC.
- If needed, use RESEND CONFIRMATION EMAIL. After confirmation, open /account to review your identity.
Sign in and sign out
- Open /login, enter the email and password for your existing account, then choose ENTER STATIC.
- Open /account to edit your display name, handle, bio, website and profile privacy. Choose SAVE STATIC IDENTITY to save changes.
- Use LOG OUT in account settings before another person uses a shared browser.
Recover access
- Choose Forgot password? on the login page, or open /reset-password.
- Enter your account email and choose SEND RESET LINK. Check your inbox and spam folder.
- Follow the newest reset link to /update-password and complete the password form. Do not share the recovery link.
Troubleshooting
If confirmation or recovery has expired, request a fresh email. Use the latest link and avoid sharing it or opening it while switching accounts. If a save reports that your account changed, reload before editing again.
A temporary account-service message means the form cannot currently reach its configured account service; repeated account creation is not a remedy.
