Start with the games

1. Open Sports to browse selected upcoming games, final scores, Our Picks and official league highlights. Check the source link and verification time on each game.
2. Choose Make your calls. Use your existing STATIC account or sign up directly with email and confirm it. Choose a Sports display name; a Network membership or public profile is not required.
3. Public leaderboard participation is optional. Your email is not displayed. League members see your chosen Sports name when you join.

Free winner predictions

Choose either team to win. Your card contains independent predictions, not a combined wager. Save the card to record each call. If one save fails, previously saved calls remain and the remaining calls stay in the card for review.

Correct winners earn 3 points. Losses earn 0. Ties, postponed games and canceled games earn 0 and do not count as losses. Each game locks at its earliest published start; delayed or rescheduled starts do not reopen predictions.

Our Picks are original editorial opinions recorded before kickoff. Results include wins and losses. A call does not promise a guaranteed result or betting return.

Team Fantasy

This is team-based fantasy, using game results. It does not use individual player box scores, player drafts, trades, waivers or player-stat projections. Rounds and their game lists are published in advance.

1. Choose a published fantasy round. Draft exactly three different teams from three different games.
2. Choose one drafted team as captain. Save your roster before the round’s first game starts. The entire roster then locks.
3. A winning team earns 10 points, plus 1 point per 7 points of winning margin capped at 5 bonus points. Ties earn 3 points. Losses and void games earn 0. The captain doubles its team’s total.

Private leagues and invitations

Create a league with up to 50 members, or join with a private 32-character invitation code. You can own five leagues and join twenty. Invitations expire after 14 days; replacing a code invalidates the previous code. No invitations are automatically emailed.

Only current members can read private league standings. Players must join before a round locks to qualify for its league championship. New members can enter later rounds. Owners can replace invitation codes or disband their league; other members can leave.

League championships require at least two eligible submitted rosters. Ties share the title. Standings and derived league trophies reflect current league membership and verified scores.

Digital trophies

Called It rewards the first correct prediction. Five on the Board rewards five correct calls. Perfect Card requires at least three submitted predictions in a completed round and every one correct. Roster Sweep requires all three drafted teams to win. League Champion rewards the highest eligible fantasy score, shared when tied.

Trophies are digital and have no cash value. Results remain correctable. Score corrections, Sports-data deletion and league membership changes can change the trophies shown. No physical prize, cash, entry fee, paid contest or betting is offered.

Scores, sources and official highlights

The opening board contains selected editorially verified schedules and results. Source links and checked times stay visible. A score that has not been updated after kickoff is marked as awaiting an update rather than invented as live.

The owner may connect a free BALLDONTLIE account key from the private Sports desk. Free Games requests are spaced, cached, paginated and bounded. No paid endpoint is requested or subscription started. Data is best effort and can be delayed or corrected. Until connected, updates are manual through the owner desk.

Highlights are standard embeds from official NBA, NFL and MLB YouTube channels. Loading starts only after you choose a video. YouTube may process device information or use cookies; its terms and Google privacy policy apply. Embeds can be region restricted or disabled by the publisher; keep the Watch on YouTube link. No video is downloaded or rehosted.

Your records and privacy

Your Sports name, saved predictions, fantasy rosters and memberships are stored under your verified email account. Public rankings are opt-in. Other players do not receive your account UUID or email from the standings endpoint.

Your Sports offers a JSON export and a delete control. Delete requires typing DELETE SPORTS DATA. It removes your Sports name, predictions, rosters and memberships, and disbands leagues you own for all members. The shared email/STATIC account remains available. A retained generation counter prevents old requests from restoring cleared Sports records.

The first release supports up to 2,000 saved predictions and 200 saved rosters per account. The public board retains selected game and competition history, with original source links.

Owner desk

The owner desk at /sports/desk is restricted to the site’s owning ChatGPT account. It supports verified score corrections, publication of future rounds, pregame editorial calls and official highlight additions. Sports players cannot submit results or access this desk.

A free BALLDONTLIE account and API key are required only for automatic score updates. The key is tested against the provider, encrypted server-side and never returned to the browser. Removing the saved key stops that connection but does not revoke it at the provider. No paid tier is selected.
