STATIC Social
Watch and publish Clips, share posts and supported media, build your profile and connect with people.

Social includes profiles, feeds, posts, relationships and supported image, audio and video attachments. Clips is the vertical video view of public member posts, using the same profile, likes, replies, saves and safety controls.
Watch or create Clips
- Open Clips from Social navigation or the Social section on the homepage. Scroll or swipe vertically for the next video. Use Play/Pause and Sound, or the video controls to scrub.
- Use For you for public videos or sign in and select Following for videos from people you follow. Your feed and account restrictions still apply. More clips checks older Social posts for videos.
- Select Create, choose one MP4 or WebM video up to 50 MiB, add a title or caption if you want, and confirm your sharing rights. Publish Clip uses the same upload and file checks as a Social post.
- A clip is also on its creator’s Social profile. Use Signal, Reply, Save or Share in the viewer. More opens report, mute and block controls. If playback fails, retry to request a fresh media link or open the original post.
Publish a post
- Sign in with your STATIC account and open Social.
- Open the post composer, write your post and add supported attachments. Review each preview and remove anything you do not want to share.
- Publish when the uploads finish. If an upload fails, keep the draft open, check the file and retry.
- Reload or reopen the post to check its media. Use your profile and safety settings to control your presence.
Supported files
Images: JPEG, PNG, WebP and GIF, up to 25 MiB each. Video: MP4 and WebM. Audio: MP3, WAV, M4A/MP4, AAC, Ogg and FLAC. Audio and video are limited to 50 MiB each. File content is validated; a renamed extension does not make an unsupported file valid. Browser codec support can vary.
Privacy and troubleshooting
Only publish media you have permission to share. Profile privacy and audience controls should be reviewed before posting. Do not publish private recovery links or credentials.
An expired media link may need a page reload while signed into the correct account. If your account changes during upload or editing, the action must be retried under the intended account.
