- Sign in with a confirmed STATIC account and open /enterprise/home. Create a private company and confirm that you may manage it.
- Add actual projects, teams, app links, declared devices and agents, vendors, policies and lifecycle checklists. Build explicit relationships in Company Graph.
- Invite a colleague by their confirmed account email. Share the seven-day, single-use link privately; this action does not send an email. The recipient must review and accept.
Roles and reviewed changes
Viewers read and acknowledge policies. Editors maintain records and prepare ordinary changes. Admins manage ordinary reviews, company details, viewer/editor invitations and exports. Owners additionally control admin invitations, membership decisions, ownership offers and company deletion.
Prepare a record change with its reason, review the exact current target, approve and commit. Stale targets or lost reviewer authority block commit. Privileged membership changes require owner review and typed COMMIT. Ownership transfer requires the recipient’s acceptance and exact company name.
Records and operating scope
The graph reflects actual company members and active register entries; cross-category lines reflect explicit relationships. S.A.G.E. provides a brief grounded in these records, without automatic execution or simulated AI chat.
App links keep their independent permissions. Device and agent registers do not connect management, telemetry or external execution. Vendor amounts are manual entries grouped by currency/period. Policy reading is version-bound, without a compliance certification or electronic signature.
Limits: five owned companies and fifty joined companies per account; one hundred accepted members, five hundred register records including archives, two thousand relationships, one thousand prepared changes and one hundred active invitations per company.
Privacy, export and ownership
Company content is shared with accepted members and is not end-to-end encrypted. Owners/admins can export a company JSON or printable report; decision summaries exclude payloads. Already viewed or downloaded information cannot be recalled.
The activity screen shows the latest one hundred events, from up to ten thousand retained recent company events. Account changes clear the workspace; current membership is checked on every request and the visible page refreshes access every twenty seconds.
Leaving or deleting a non-owner account removes membership while company business records remain with the company. Owners must transfer control to an accepting member or delete the company before leaving/deleting their STATIC account. Company deletion requires its exact name and removes Enterprise records for all members. Independent apps, downloaded copies and provider backups remain outside that action. See /enterprise/guide for the operating standard.
