Start with the brief
Explore the public service menu and original Built by STATIC demonstrations without signing in. Use your existing confirmed STATIC email identity to open the project desk. Describe the project, audience, desired outcome, budget and timing. Add up to eight reference links. This submits an inquiry and does not take payment.
Review the quote
STATIC Creative reviews the request before offering a quote. The quote states deliverables, total due in USD, delivery date, revision allowance, expiry and project/cancellation terms. Domain, hosting, vendor subscriptions, paid assets and other outside costs must be identified. A changed scope requires an updated quote.
The $199 website starting point
The starting scope is one mobile-friendly page with up to five sections, your supplied content, a contact form or existing booking link, and one revision round. Domain and hosting are stated separately. Additional pages, original content and custom systems change the scope.
Accept and pay
Only the customer can accept the quote. Secure online checkout is available only when the configured merchant service is ready. The project desk confirms payment from verified server records. Returning from a payment page alone does not mark an order paid. If payment is still being confirmed, use Check payment status. A closed unpaid checkout needs a fresh quote before another payment attempt.
Keep the work together
Your private project desk contains the original brief, current quote, project conversation, uploads and delivery. Records are available to the customer and authorized STATIC Creative founder account. Customer materials are not public portfolio assets. Files can be up to 10 MB each, with 100 MB and 30 files per project. Larger source assets can use an appropriate private reference link.
Review and receive the delivery
When the work is ready, STATIC Creative adds delivery files or a working link and sends the project for review. Compare it with the quote, send included revision requests in the conversation and approve the final delivery when ready. The agreed files, usage rights and handoff are stated in the quote. Third-party assets retain their licenses.
Portable articles and optional placement
Writing can be commissioned as a portable deliverable for a customer’s own website, newsletter, press kit or another publication. STATIC placement is a separate optional scope. Paid promotional pieces carry a clear advertising label. Placement quotes define the surface, term and available reporting. No audience size, search rank, sales or coverage is guaranteed.
Monthly work and custom concepts
A monthly service needs a defined output or time allowance, support window, price and renewal/cancellation terms. The first release uses individual reviewed quotes and one-time checkout. Automatic recurring billing is not enabled. New games, audio formats and specialized ideas receive a capability/sample review before a production commitment.
