STATIC Search begins beneath THIS IS STATIC on the homepage and opens a dedicated search experience. It combines broad web coverage, a growing independent crawl index and published STATIC records, with their sources kept distinct.
Places and the Network
Choose a region for Places and open an address query in STATIC Maps. STATIC scope finds published Network records and public pages.
Make the results yours
Use region, language, freshness and site filters, plus quoted phrases, excluded words and personal source preferences.
Deliberate privacy controls
Search is open without an account. Source choices stay in the browser; device history is off until enabled, and private STATIC records are excluded.
How it connects
Search finds and ranks information. S.A.G.E. answers are separately enabled; Browser provides the working environment and News owns journalism.
The independent crawl is bounded and growing; licensed web coverage and published STATIC metadata are separate sources. A result link does not grant ownership of third-party content.
