# STATIC Studio — Official Help

Prepare creative briefs and use STATIC Studio’s image and video workspaces when generation is available.

## Current availability

Studio’s creative workspace is open. The availability label shows whether image and video generation can currently be used. Generation not yet available means you can prepare your ideas, but a prompt has not produced media.

When generation is available, sign in with your existing STATIC account, choose a supported workspace and create or select a project. Model-specific controls and reference requirements determine which inputs can be submitted. Standalone audio and other tools shown only in the catalog remain brief-planning tools until generation is available for them.

## Explore a creative direction

1. Open Studio and choose an image, video or other creative workspace.
2. Write a prompt, choose model-specific controls and attach references where required. Your briefs and local references can be prepared while the generation connection is pending.
3. When generation is available, choose a project and select Review generation cost. Studio prices those exact settings and uploaded references. Confirm to use the limited preview allowance; changing settings or an expired estimate requires another review.

## Account and limits

STATIC account authentication protects cloud projects, uploaded references and generated outputs. Browser-local briefs and references remain separate from the account and must be backed up before clearing site data.

Preview generations have request limits and estimated-spend allowances. An uncertain submission retains its original identity. Check its status first. If no receipt is found, Review retry cost can price the exact held take before an explicit retry; it does not automatically submit another generation.

Studio generation availability and costs are separate from network membership. Free generations apply only when explicitly offered. Paid plans and checkout are not enabled in this release.

## New creative controls and saved originals

The workspace includes motion transfer, subject swap, video restyling, Ads Studio and character design controls. Current character choices use supported appearance categories; advanced identifiers that cannot be verified are not requested from customers. Restyle choices load when the generation connection is active.

Completion notifications trigger a fresh server-side status check before outputs are saved privately. Notifications cannot supply replacement media URLs. Downloads and account history remain private. Generation still requires activation and live account testing; paid checkout is not enabled.
